Both the Reeves and Ward County offices accepts payment by money order. As of April 2025 our department begin taking in house credit card payments and online payments. For information on making web payments contact your officer.

If you are an offender transferring in from another county, our department will mail you a letter with your appointment date and time for intake. If you would like to schedule an intake appointment contact the office manager in the county you are transferring to.

Both the Reeves and Ward County offices operate on an appointment system. Contact your officer to schedule an appointment to report. If you have been directed by your officer to report by mail, print the following form and mail it to your officer before the last day of the month.
